Ingenovis Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide quality nursing care and support to patients in a variety of healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate will provide safe, respectful, and personalized care while collaborating with registered nurses, physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

* Provide nursing care according to established care plans

* Monitor and document patients' vital signs

* Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice

* Observe patients and report changes in their condition

* Assist with patient care and clinical needs

* Support RNs and physicians with nursing procedures

* Maintain accurate and timely patient records

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff

* Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity

* Follow infection-control and healthcare safety procedures

Requirements:

* Current and valid LPN/LVN license

* Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills
