St. David’s HealthCare is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide quality nursing care and support to patients in a professional healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will work closely with RNs, physicians, patients, and families to provide safe, respectful, and personalized care while following established clinical guidelines.

* Provide nursing care according to established care plans

* Monitor and record patients' vital signs

* Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice

* Observe patients and report changes in their condition

* Assist patients with their healthcare needs

* Support RNs and physicians with clinical procedures

* Maintain accurate and timely patient records

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

* Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity

* Follow infection-control and healthcare safety standards

Requirements:

* Current and valid LVN license

* Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude

* Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

* Must meet required employment and background screening requirements
